At R J sarees, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a defect, we offer a return option under the following conditions: 

1. **Eligibility for Returns:** 
  - Returns are applicable *only* for defective items. 
  - Customers must provide *photo proof* of the defect along with an image of the shipping cover. 

2. **Return Request Timeframe:** 
  - The return request must be made *within 3 days of purchase/delivery*. 
  - Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained. 

3. **Return Process:** 
  - Customers must email or WhatsApp our customer support with the necessary photo proof and details. 
  - Once verified, return instructions will be provided. 

4. **Refund or Replacement:** 
  - Upon successful verification, we will process either a *replacement* or *store credit*, depending on availability. 
  - Refunds are issued *only if replacements are unavailable*. 

5. **Non-Returnable Items:** 
  - Items without a valid defect claim or photo proof. 
  - Products returned without the original shipping cover. 
  - Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
