Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. Please note that delivery to certain remote or less accessible areas may take longer or may not be available with our standard services. You will be notified if your pin code is not serviceable during the checkout process.

• No International Shipping: At this time, R J Sarees does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

• ​Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

• All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• ​Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations may take up to 7 business days or more, depending on the accessibility.

Damage During Transit

• All products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

• If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Immediately notify R J Sarees customer service at jamunakallat@gmail.com and provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging.

• If you accept a damaged package, please report the damage within 4 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and work towards a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Missing Items

• If your order arrives with missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately at jamunakallat@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and details of the missing items.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues with the courier partner, or other force majeure events.

• R J Sarees is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company.
